Introduction

OFFENLY is a coupons, deals, offers, and cashback discovery platform.
We do not own or operate the listed stores, brands, or ecommerce websites. All purchases and transactions are fulfilled by third-party merchants (“Affiliate Partners”).

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and shoppers using our cashback features.

Eligibility

By using our Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are using the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.
  • You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Use of Our Platform

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform for fraudulent cashback or fake transactions
  • Manipulate clicks, generate artificial traffic, or use bots/scripts
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse offers or cashback
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any Platform content without permission
  • Violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for misuse.

Accuracy of Deals, Coupons & Offers

We strive to provide accurate, updated deals and coupons, but we do not guarantee:

  • Availability of offers
  • Correctness of coupon codes
  • Prices displayed on merchant websites
  • Accuracy of cashback, rewards, or discount information

All offers are subject to change by merchants without prior notice.

We are not responsible for:

  • Order issues
  • Delivery delays
  • Product defects
  • Customer service failures of the merchant

Your purchase contract is strictly between you and the merchant.

Cashback Terms (Important)

Cashback is a complimentary reward provided through our affiliate partnerships. Cashback is not guaranteed and is always subject to the following rules:

Cashback Confirmation

Cashback is credited to your account only after the affiliate partner approves the transaction, which usually depends on:

  • Successful purchase
  • No order cancellation or return
  • No refund or payment failure
  • Valid tracking through our affiliate link

Approval may take 30–90 days depending on merchant policies.

Cashback Denial Reasons

Cashback may be declined if:

  • The purchase was not tracked properly
  • You used coupon codes not approved by us
  • You visited other websites before purchase (cookie overwrite)
  • You used ad blockers, VPN, or private mode
  • Order was cancelled/returned/modified
  • Merchant rejects the purchase internally

We do not control these decisions and cannot override merchant policies.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount may apply (e.g., ₹250 or as set).
  • Payments are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or wallet (if supported).
  • Cashback can be withdrawn only after it becomes Confirmed status.
  • Fake or fraudulent transactions will lead to account suspension.

Affiliate Disclosure

  • Our Platform participates in various affiliate programs.
  • When users complete a purchase through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
  • Cashback (if applicable) is paid from this commission.

User Accounts

Users must:

  • Provide accurate registration details
  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Update information as needed
  • Be responsible for all actions through their account

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, branding, images, and text on the Platform are:

  • Owned by us, or
  • Used under licensing/partnership agreements

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OFFENLY, its team, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from your:

  • Misuse of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights

Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to manipulate cashback

Pending confirmed cashback may be withheld in case of fraud investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
