By using our Platform and participating in cashback programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What Is Cashback?

Cashback is a reward you earn when you shop at partner stores by clicking through our affiliate links.
This reward is paid to you only after the merchant or affiliate network verifies your purchase.

We do not guarantee cashback for every transaction.

How Cashback Works

Step 1: Login

You must be logged into your account before visiting any store.

Step 2: Click Out From Our Link

Always start your shopping journey by clicking the merchant link or “Activate Cashback” button on our website.

Step 3: Shop As Usual

Complete your order in one session without switching devices or visiting other coupon sites.

Step 4: Merchant Approves Transaction

The merchant or affiliate network confirms the purchase after verifying:

  • Order was genuine
  • No returns/refunds were initiated
  • Terms were followed
  • Tracking was successful
Step 5: Cashback Gets Confirmed & Payable

After approval, cashback becomes Payable, and you can request withdrawal once the minimum threshold is met.

Cashback Tracking

Cashback is tracked using:

  • Cookies
  • Click IDs
  • Affiliate tracking URLs
  • Third-party logging systems

You must:

  • Keep cookies enabled
  • Disable ad blockers
  • Avoid private/incognito mode
  • Complete purchase without interruptions

We are not responsible for failed tracking caused by user behavior or external technical issues.

Reasons Cashback May Not Track

Your cashback may fail to track if:

  • Cookies were disabled
  • Ad blockers or VPNs were used
  • Private/Incognito mode was used
  • You clicked another coupon website after clicking ours
  • Multiple tabs/windows were opened
  • Coupon codes not listed on our website were used
  • Cashback was not activated before shopping
  • Purchase was not completed in the same session
  • Order was cancelled, returned, or refunded
  • Merchant declined the transaction

We cannot manually credit cashback unless the merchant approves it.

Cashback Approval Timeline

Approval depends entirely on merchants and affiliate networks.

We cannot speed up the approval process.

Cashback Amount Changes

Merchants and affiliate partners may:

  • Increase or decrease cashback rates
  • Change validity periods
  • Adjust commissions
  • Reject invalid or duplicate orders

We reserve the right to revise cashback amounts accordingly.

Cashback Cancellation

Your cashback may be cancelled if:

  • Order is returned/cancelled
  • Payment fails
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Duplicate orders are placed
  • Merchant rejects the transaction
  • Incorrect purchase conditions were followed
  • Unauthorized coupon codes were used

Cancelled cashback cannot be reinstated.

Minimum Withdrawal & Payout Rules

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

You can withdraw cashback once your Payable balance reaches the minimum threshold.

(Example: ₹200 or ₹300 — set your platform-specific limit)

Withdrawal Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Payment Timeline

Once requested, payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Incorrect or invalid payment details may delay the payout.

Self-Referral, Fraud & Misuse Policy

You must not:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Self-refer or use your own link
  • Use bots/scripts
  • Manipulate traffic
  • Place fake or fraudulent orders

Such activities will lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Cashback cancellation
  • Payout denial
  • Permanent ban

Responsibility & Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Merchant-side decisions
  • Cashback rejection
  • Failed tracking
  • Delays in approval
  • Merchant policy changes
  • Partner website issues
  • Payment failures caused by incorrect user details

Merchant decisions are final.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Legal changes
